We take the health and safety of our clients and consultants very seriously.
When you schedule your appointment, we will ask you about any symptoms or exposure to COVID-19. If you or anyone in your home has experienced fever or cough within the past 14 days, or if you or anyone in your home has received a positive test for COVID-19, we may reschedule your appointment for a later date. If you’re experiencing any symptoms leading up to your appointment, please cancel your appointment. You will not be penalized.
On the day of your appointment, we do ask that you wear a face mask.
Our consultants are tested once a month, and will exercise the same precautions that we ask of you. Additionally, we will wear a mask and gloves while in your home.

Before Your Appointment
Before we start digging in your closet or shopping for new clothes, we begin with an online survey with body type assessment (where applicable). What about your style are you happy/unhappy with? Has something recently changed for you? Whose style inspires you? This process is key to discovering what you want and what you need.
When you're done with the survey, you'll be directed to a scheduling and payment page where you'll pay a deposit for your appointment.
To make your appointment less costly, we recommend you get rid of these items before we arrive:
•Fix-Its. Things you've been meaning to get repaired but never got around to it.
•Shoes that hurt
•Dresses you've worn once
•All of those freebie tote bags
The best accessory for a freshly organized closet?...wood hangers. Wood hangers are beautiful and can last a lifetime. We recommend you have a stack ready to go before your appointment. We love the Home Wishes set of 30. We’re happy to provide wood hangers for an extra charge. Just let us know.
Purchase a box of 40-pound garbage bags, if you don't have some already. Place your clean, unwanted clothes into the bags and place just inside your front door.
If you’re like most people, you have a closet full of clothes that span multiple decades and moments in size including some shirts you grabbed at Target on your way to the kitty litter aisle, a daring statement piece that you have no idea how to wear, some pants you forget you had, and a handful of things you wish you didn’t. Stylists are experts, and like your tax accountant or car mechanic, hiring an expert can ultimately save you time and money.

To secure your appointment, you can pay online using Paypal or your credit card. To pay the balance at the end of your appointment, you can pay your AGAIN… consultant with credit card or cash. Tips are always welcome and appreciated!
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, 24 hours notice is required. If 24 hours notice is not given, your deposit will not be refunded.
Yes! We offer gift cards that can be used for any of our services or in the Boutique. Just choose your denomination and we'll take care of the rest!
Yes! We offer virtual consultations for our long distance and out-of-state clients. Alternatively, we're happy to bring our services to you if you'd like to fly us out. We are worth it! Let us know what you prefer and we'll make it happen.

We sell clothing, shoes, and accessories. AGAIN... Boutique is a beautiful collection of secondhand, vintage, designer, and upcycled items.
We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Only buy it if you love it!
Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and have the tags still on them. (PLEASE NOTE: We are currently not accepting exchanges due to COVID-related concerns).

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item with photos of the damage and we will issue you a credit or refund.
